• AI-generated 21-day micro-course content
• Progress tracking and reflection tools
• Account management features

Course content is generated by artificial intelligence and personalized based on your quiz responses. While grounded in behavioral psychology principles, our content is educational in nature and does not constitute medical or psychological advice.

3. Account Registration

To access the full Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, your name, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Purchases grant lifetime access to paid course content
• We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at the email listed below
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

5. User Content

You may submit content through the Service, including quiz responses and lesson reflections ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not share, sell, or use your User Content for any other purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including course materials, text, graphics, and design — is owned by QuietMode or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietMode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
